Our turnaround time:

• 5-7 business days for wedding
• 3-5 business days for portrait sessions

We provide a free trial editing of 5 images for color correction or 1 image for retouching.

It is a good practice to give us a link to your portfolio with a first order. Also with a large order we suggest you to add 20-30 edited samples to give us an idea of a preferable style. As well you can upload your presets which we will work with.

You don’t need to upload original images for color correction, artistic toning and culling. You can use Lightroom Smart Previews to 20-fold decrease uploading time. Learn our guide here. And for retouching you need to upload the original images.

There is absolutely no quality difference between editing the original images and Smart Previews.

We accept RAWs or JPEGs for retouching orders. For color correction we accept Lightroom catalog with Smart Previews.

We send you 20-30 edited samples for approval before editing the whole set so you know exactly what you will get.

As soon as your order is ready you will recieve an email notification which will contain a link to your ready files in our Dropbox folder. If you send us Smart Previews you only need to download lightweight .lrcat file (less than 50 mb). Just open it and you will get edited images in your Lightroom workspace.
